Engineers are currently investigating and updates to follow shortly.
The vast majority of customers have reconnected. Any customers still experiencing issues should reboot their router to reconnect.

The issue is still ongoing. Whilst some have been able to reconnect others are still facing issues.
Supplier engineers are still working to resolve this for everyone.
Periodically rebooting the router may ensure you connect back as the first available opportunity.
Further updates will be provided as soon as available and we apologise for those still facing disruption.
We are now seeing all the remaining users reconnecting again without issue.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation and share a Post Incident Report when the root cause is made available from our supplier.
